? Who creates 'what' in this World ?

The scenarios in this world are created by higher forces than Humanity. Humans are not here to change these scenarios or try to correct them according to what they think they should be. Humans are here to experience these scenarios and accept "what is". As soon as they identify with what's happening and try to change it - they are working against the higher forces, as well as against themselves...
All at times, the universe knows what it is doing and it is of no use to go against "what is" or try to correct it. The Creative Forces and Guardians of this Planet know what is needed to raise the billions of souls on this planet. Humans live on this planet in order to experience "what is" and learn from it. The Human Race is a Mighty Work in progress! Our Guardians are our Benefactors and Teachers...
Therefore, humans need to accept "what is" and adapt to it without complaints or commotion. It's no use to shout at the Gods so to speak. The more humans accept what's happening - the more their soul is alive and awake. Old souls never wonder why so to speak. Surrendering to "what is" is not an option but a must...
Forever and ever The Infinite Light or The IS (The Infinite Subconsciousness) expresses itself and all expressions slowly but surely evolve to the highest levels of awareness. They eventually merge with their Source again. Cosmic Bingo! It's a forever struggle and enjoyment to accomplish this...
Why do we go through all this commotion? Well, let's say that for now, there is nothing else to do for The Infinite Light or The Creator We Are! Sooner or later we will discover that the journey is the reward and that the destination is of no importance. The destination is where we dwell as always and our journeys are like vacations of which some of them seem to run into troubling times...
Once we know that we are The Infinite Light - what else can we do but play games? Life is a Play and once we get used to it, we will discover that, in actuality, it is an infinite dream that dreams itself. We need to make sure that we enjoy this dream. We do this by means of our attitude and our choices...
You are the creator fast asleep in a human Body.

We all live in a dream-reality that our perception system and Mind
- crystalizes -
Into an objective Reality.
As you know there is no objective reality except in our Dream.
There is only Cosmic Energy - There is no Matter Universe.
Consciousness is Real and Awareness is the Clue.
There only appears to be a Matter Universe.
The Matter Universe is only real in our Dream.
We have learned to accept our dream as our day to day Reality.
Living in this reality is living in an Illusion.
Consciousness is The Reality - Physical Reality is The Illusion.
Our body is a lens that creates this Illusion.
We live in an energy Environment - Not in a physical matter Environment.
The souls we are and the bodies we live in are force fields of a higher order of Energy.
Some advanced scientists are just beginning to measure these Forces.

The only way the world will change for the better is when humans have learned to become the change they would like to see. If they want peace - they need to be peaceful. If they want kindness - they need to be kind. If they want abundance - they need to learn to cooperate and share. If they want love - they need to be loving...
The cosmic school for human souls has an enormous amount of levels of learning. To go through all these levels might well take a hundred thousand lifetimes. Please learn to enjoy the lessons for the soul you are...
At all times the universe and the world are exactly as they should be. Naturally, humans do not have to agree with this - the universe does not care. It is what it is - a perfect cosmic school for human souls to promote themselves to higher levels of awareness. From these higher levels all humans will agree with what they have just read here...

In addition to the above, changing the world by means of our thoughts is very complex, especially since the universe works differently than the human reasoning process. For example: the universe does not negate nor nullify 'what is'. Therefore, praying for certain happenings to change or sending Light and Love to troubled people in the world has very little to no effect! The universe does not work that way...
The universe does not negate or nullify what is.
IT ONLY AFFIRMS WHAT WE HAVE ON OUR MIND ...
For example: creating peace in the world is not done by the talking-heads on TV or by means of high level meetings by those who are in charge. Peace is created from the bottom up - not from the top down. Peace will only take place when the boots on the ground start walking the other way or refuse to fight. In order to live in peace - people need to be peaceful themselves. Also - peace is created by bringing people Wine and Bread - not by appearing with Tanks, Weapons and Ammunition. Violence only begets violence. These are the lessons that need to be learned...
Since the world is full of military forces driven by patriotic slogans - the fighting will go on. Thoughts of revenge and the fighting itself need to be abolished completely. All military forces must stop listening to what is pumped into their heads by their leaders and their media propaganda - they must learn to listen to their hearts. Wars are money makers for the few. All the rest of humanity are the losers...
We cannot gain one step ahead in our evolutionary progress
unless we have forgiven ourselves for all the missteps we have made
and have forgiven all others for the missteps they made against us.

Our task is to awaken from the dream we call our life. First we must become aware that we are dreaming. Our awakening takes place bit by bit in each lifetime. Now... are you ready to grok the following? Human beings are illusionary characters in their own dream! This is difficult to understand. It means that we actually do not exist because our dream collapses when we awaken. Who really are we?

Our human life or dream is an illusion. However, as long as we are dreaming our lives are absolutely real! Our environment is also an illusion. We have learned to accept it as real. To awaken from this "reallusion" is where the rubber hits the road. It is difficult to awaken because we think that we are already awake. Our awakening is a process in illusionary time. We can change most of that with our thoughts and our Choices.
